Setup DNS in AIX

1. add the following to /etc/resolv.conf
domain          xyz.org.hk
nameserver      192.168.1.196
nameserver      192.168.1.194

2. add the following to /etc/netsvc.conf
hosts = local, bind

Remarks:

1. if the first dns server is down, it cannot resolv name.
